Orders are usually shipped from stock. Delays may occur occasionally, however, and some items are built to order. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of your order.

If you desire immediate shipment of stock items, please so indicate in the special instructions window on the checkout page. Items will be invoiced at the time of shipment.

You will be notified when your order is shipped, and a tracking number will be provided at that time.

We ship orders via USPS priority mail and parcel post, and via UPS ground service. Please specify a shipping address that can be reached by the carrier you elect to use.

Unless otherwise specified, we will always try to ship via the most cost effective method. Please use the special instructions window on the checkout page to let us know of any special shipping requirements.

If items are combined into combined shipments, the freight may be less. You will be invoiced and charged for actual freight charges incurred. We don't charge fees for handling, or re-stocking.

All goods F.O.B. point of shipment, except as noted.

We accept personal & cashier's checks, USPS money orders, & PayPal. Please hold your payment until freight charges have been determined. You will be notified of shipping charges after your order has been pulled & packed. If you prefer to utilize PayPal for payment, please so indicate in the checkout special instructions box. A request for funds will be e-mailed to you as soon as freight charges are determined.

Some internet service providers regard anything with a ".com" in the e-mail address as potential spam. Please add our website to your exceptions (white) list, so that we may communicate with you. If you have not done this, your e-mails from us may end up in your spam mail folder.
